Xin Wang studied Architecture in Shandong University, Jinan, P. R. China from September 2003 to July 2008, and got her bachelor degree of engineering there. She also won many awards there, including the “Scholarship of Excellent Social Work” in 2006, the “National Scholarship” in 2007, and the “First-class Scholarship for Academic Work” every year, etc. From September 2008 to July 2010 she studied Landscape Architecture in GSLA, Peking University, P. R. China and awarded the “May 4 th Scholarship” in 2010. Since October 2010 she started her PhD research at the Institute of Landscape Planning and Ecology in University of Stuttgart, funded by the “CSC (Chinese Scholarship Council) Government Scholarship”. Her PhD research topic is “the Applications of the Productive Landscape in Urban Space”.

The Applications of Productive Landscape in Urban Space
The aim of this research is to develop rational urban productive landscape planning and design strategies and methods to make productive landscape better applied in urban space.
